Winter season has approached and celebrations flow like the cool waves. December is the auspicious month as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ the Son of God. Festivals like Thanks- Giving, Christmas and finally the coming of the New Year is celebrated this month.

What more than a lively and cheerful air of festivity needed to light up the spirits of our employees in celebrating Christmas.

Preparations were on to celebrate the year’s most awaited festival and all of us got together in decorating the office. The office was flamboyant with red and white colours, dazzling with lights, balloons and welcomed by the elegantly decorated Christmas tree.

The fun and frolic were live from 3 days playing the Secret Santa game. Our team members were all excited to open the colourfully wrapped gifts, and guessing the name of their Secret Santa was mind-boggling.

Then the D-day of celebration arrived and the celebration fervor was rife with everyone hovering around to collect their gifts and trying to guess their Santa.  Enthusiasm was live with some energetic games like one-minute games and more. It was a roller coaster ride to complete the games in the stipulated one-minute but was worth the effort.

Rebuilding lives and dreams by sharing and caring

August 1st, 2019 was a black day for Karnataka as few parts in the state was catastrophed by the floods. It affected the lives, homes, dreams, lands of many people. Warnings were given to the coastal regions, and as a safety measure many people were evacuated to safer places and relief camps. Northern parts of Karnataka like Belagavi, Kalburgi, Raichur, Bijapur, Yadgir and Uttara Kannada were highly affected due to the floods.

More than 40,000 houses were washed out and 2,000 villages were afflicted. Several rescue operations were conducted by the Karnataka state and many NGOs, Corporates extended their support in contributing towards the flood relief.

At AgilizTech we wanted to help the people affected by floods. All the team members unitedly supported in raising the relief fund. We helped the people of Kotabagi and Kalbhavi villages near Belagaum and offered daily essentials like groceries, clothing and bedsheets to each family.
